Active Union Representative who believes in equality, justice and creating a positive work environment
Founder and CEO of Speak Justice and recipient of Okaloosa NAACP Nathaniel Harris Civil Rights Award.
Founded Sonya’s Unique Masks in response to the 2020 PPE shortage. As part of a nation-wide effort by sewers, she donated cloth face masks to FWB Medical Center and Cancer Center, Health Facilities in NY, Children’s Hospital in Mississippi, and to many individuals and businesses in our local area.
Continuing injustice in our communities and the suffering caused by the pandemic inspired Sonya to run for office. "We must take action to get the results we deserve."
